HR leading the AI transition

The rise of AI is reshaping work, from talent strategy and learning to productivity and culture. But who should take the lead in guiding this transformation? HR.

On Thursday, December 4th, we’ll bring together HR professionals, business partners, and directors from organizations of 500–2.000 employees to explore HR’s central role in steering the AI transition.

In two 40-minute sessions, together with HRD expert Ramon Hillebrink, we will explore:

* What the AI transition really means; how it changes work, skills, and organizational design.

* Why HR is the ideal orchestrator; how a strong people strategy can accelerate AI adoption when HR leads the way.

The event starts at 15:00 (doors open at 14:30), ends at 16:30, followed by open Q&A and networking drinks.

A second session will follow on January 29th, focusing on practical steps and real-world examples.
