Our approach

From intake to your own work

A training that matches how your secretariat works

1

Tailored intake

Before the training we map which tools the secretariat already uses, where the concerns are and which tasks take the most time. The examples in the training come from those answers.

  • Intake survey beforehand
  • Examples from your own work
  • Confidentiality concerns mapped in advance
2

Two mornings

Morning 1 lays the foundation and the limits: how AI works, prompting, confidentiality and checking output. Then a week of practice with an assignment. Morning 2 is about application: Copilot in Outlook and Teams and the secretariat's workflows.

  • Foundation and limits
  • An assignment between the mornings
  • Copilot in Outlook and Teams
  • Workflows from the intake
3

From knowledge to action

You finish with agreements as a secretariat and a personal plan for the first thirty days. Afterwards we measure the impact with an evaluation.

  • Agreements as a secretariat
  • 30-day action plan
  • Prompt Pack to keep

AI writes the first draft, you guard what reaches the executive

You go home with prompts that work on your own work and a clear answer to what can and cannot go into an AI tool.

What you learn

Work faster, without anything going wrong on the way to the executive

Skills for the secretariat to use AI responsibly

Confidentiality first

What can you enter when you work with calendars, personal data and documents for the executive board? You pick the right tool for each type of information, and know what freedom of information, archiving law and shadow AI mean.

Understand AI

Enough to see what happens and why AI sometimes states nonsense convincingly, without a technical deep dive.

Prompting with secretariat examples

Four questions before you type and four techniques to steer, practised on cancellations, invitations and decision lists.

Check before it goes out

AI sometimes tells you what you want to hear. You learn to spot the secretariat's pitfalls and a fixed check before anything reaches the executive.

The safe tool is already on your laptop

Copilot in Outlook and Teams: scheduling across several calendars, minutes from a meeting and summarising an email thread.

You stay in control

Deciding what the executive needs to know, the tone towards a resident and the confidential conversation remain human work.
