New customers, ready to approach
The Leads view is your list of potential customers. An agent looks for companies that fit your audience, finds the right contact person and places them here with a score.
What you find in Leads
For each lead you see the company, the contact person, the email address and LinkedIn profile when they can be found, the audience it came from and a score for how well it fits. You filter by status, audience, minimum score or leads with an email address.
- Review a lead and say why it does or doesn't fit.
- Ask in the chat for ten new leads in a region or industry and watch them appear here.
- Link a lead to a relation or turn it into a deal once the conversation is under way.

Questions about Leads
Where do the leads come from?
From public sources on the web. The agent searches per audience that you set up together in the chat: which markets, with which search terms and what it scores on.
What does my review do?
Your review with a reason tells the agent what a good lead looks like to you. That teaches it your audience better than a filter ever could.
