What people want to know
Does it send email on its own?
Not by default. It prepares drafts and you send them. If you want it to send short receipt or appointment confirmations itself, you can switch that on. Never with amounts, attachments or new senders.
Does it reply to email where I am only in cc?
No. It checks who the email is addressed to. If you are only in cc, or the greeting is to a colleague, it files it as FYI. Want to reply anyway? One click and it writes a draft.
Does it work with my accounting?
Yes, if you connect Exact Online or Moneybird. It can then check whether an invoice has been paid before it replies. On request it forwards purchase invoices to the scan address of your accounting package.
Does it read everything?
It reads the email in the mailbox you connect. You see what it processed in the work list, per message. Sensitive data such as a citizen service number or an unknown bank account number is removed from every draft.
Where is our data stored?
EU hosting, a data processing agreement as standard, no training on your data. Connections only get access to the fields you choose.
