Your inbox, sorted before you start
The Emails view is your connected Outlook inbox as the agent processed it: every email in a category, with a short summary and a draft reply where needed.
What you find in Emails
For each email you see the category, the summary and the prepared draft. The same drafts are also in the Drafts folder of your Outlook. You search by keyword or filter by category, such as everything still waiting for a reply.
- Ask what is waiting for a reply today and get the drafts with it.
- Have a draft rewritten: shorter, more formal or with a different message.
- Approve a reply and send it, or mark an email as handled.

Questions about Emails
Does the agent send email on its own?
Not without you. Sending always goes through an approval. How much the agent may do on its own, you set on the autonomy ladder.
Which mailbox does it work with?
Microsoft Outlook, through your Microsoft connection. The agent picks up new mail as soon as it arrives.
